    Bilateral economic relations between Poland and Ireland are based on the following agreements:

     

    • The Accession Treaty of 16 April 2003 and all the EU acts adopted under it;
    • The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of Ireland for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income (Journal of Laws, 1996, no. 29, heading 129.)

     

    The relevant provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Polish People's Republic and the Government of Ireland on the Development of Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technological Cooperation of 13 June 1977 remain in force.
