    Minister of Foreign Affairs is pleased to announce a competition for the Best Foreign Language Publication, Promoting Polish History and the Best Polish Language Publication on History of the Polish Diplomacy, that were publish in 2015 and 2016. Participants can submit their works until September 15th.

    Scientific monographies, popular sciences publications and editing sources are accepted in the competition. The winner of the Best Foreign Language Publication, Promoting  Polish History will receive 10,000 EUR award, the winner of the Best Polish Language Publication on History of the Polish diplomacy  – 20,000 PLN.

     

    The Awards will be awarded by the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the recommendation of Historical Diplomacy Council.

     

    Terms and conditions:

     

    The academic works should be submitted by September 15th (received on stamp in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs head office in Warsaw). Three copies shall be provided along with (if available) published and peer reviews. This year’s edition of the Competition regards only the academic works published in 2015–2016. The publications should be submitted in print at the postal address of: Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych, Departament Dyplomacji Publicznej i Kulturalnej, Al. J. Ch. Szucha 23, 00-580 Warsaw, Poland; with the note on the envelope: „Minister of Foreign Affairs Historical Competition”.

     

    All the enquiries should be directed at: dublin@msz.gov.pl with the reference of  „Minister of Foreign Affairs Historical Competition” in the email title.

     

    Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right of not sending back the publications.
